Desired Experience & Qualification:

  • 2 to 4 years of bulk recruitment experience (in excess of 15 new hires p/w)

  • Ability to effectively deliver on campaign requirements

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle

  • Strong administration skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to operate in a fast paced/high pressured environment

  • Contact center or BPO experience is advantageous

  • Online English tutoring knowledge is advantageous

  • Reliable or personal transport

  • Clear background checks
